Armenian soldier is awarded posthumously

For bravery shown during the defense of the NKR state border President Bako Sahakyan on September 18 signed a decree on awarding posthumously NKR Defense Army’s N division’s senior lieutenant Mher Hakobyan with the “For Service in Battle” medal.
