Georgia and Armenia discuss cooperation in roads connecting sphere

Georgia and Armenia have discussed the development motor roads of international importance connecting the two countries. According to Trend, Georgia’s Regional Development and Infrastructure Ministry announced about this on Aug. 19.

Georgian First Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Giorgi Amashukeli, Georgian Roads Department Head Vaja Panchulidze and his deputy Nugzar Gasviani met on Aug. 19 with the Armenian Deputy Transport and Communication Minister Arthur Arakelyan.

The Regional Development and Infrastructure Ministry of Georgia said the roads connecting the two countries will in the future ensure the transit function to the maximum extent possible.
