NKR Defense Army comments on fake letter allegedly written by Levon Mnatsakanyan

Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army made a statement concerning Azerbaijani made fake letter allegedly written by Levon Mnatsakanyan.
The commentary reads, “It turns out that our adversary is not only incompetent in the battlefield, but also in the propaganda front. “Specialists” of the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan probably have heard about the propaganda war, yet they didn’t take into account that in order to carry out special psychological operations one needs at least minimum knowledge. Suffering painful blows in the battlefield, Azerbaijan probably decided to succeed on propaganda level. Making up a semi-literate letter allegedly written by NKR Defense Minister, Lieutenant-general Levon Mnatsakanyan, Azerbaijan Defense Ministry would-be propagandists didn’t have a clue that in order to write a letter in Armenian, one first of all needs to at least somehow know the language. The style and literacy or more accurately, illiteracy doesn’t need any commentary. Furthermore, NKR Defense Minister, Defense Army commander, Lieutenant-general Levon Mnatsakanyan has never had such signature”.
