Russian government to support Belarusian economy- Lukashenko

The Russian government made a decision to support the Belarusian economy, reports “Armenpres”.

According to the reports the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko informed about the decision while hosting the Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei.

“The Russian president and prime minister not only promised but also made a decision to support the Belarusian economy regardless the difficulties in Russia,” Lukashenko said, referring to the results of recent meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

The head of state added that during the meetings the sides thoroughly discussed many problems making a decision to get out from the economic situation together”.

According to TASS, Lukashenko didn’t not specify details.

An official confirmation from Kremlin has not also been received.
