Bako Sahakian signs Charter of Friendship with Drôme department and Sarcelles

Today he signed the Charter of Friendship with MP mayor François Pupponi between towns of Sarcelles and Martakert. A ceremony to mark the Armenian and Assyrian-Chaldean genocide centennial in the presence of the RA ambassador Viguen Tchitechian.
