RA minister of territorial administration and emergency situations visited Artsakh

On 24 February Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received RA minister of territorial administration and emergency situations Armen Yeritsyan. Central Information Department of the Office of Artsakh Republic President informs about this.
